Josipovic and Kosor meet presidents of two Bosnian HDZ parties
ZAGREB, Jan 12 (Hina) - Croatian President Ivo Josipovic and Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor on Wednesday met the president of the Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HDZ BiH), Dragan Covic, and the president of another Bosnian Croat party, the HDZ 1990, Bozo Ljubic.
The presidents of the two HDZ parties informed Josipovic and Kosor of the pace of negotiations on the formation of a new government in Bosnia as well as of their proposals for reforms which are necessary for Bosnia to join the European Union and NATO as soon as possible. Covic and Ljubic also informed the Croatian officials of the main strategic foreign policy objectives of the two parties.
Josipovic and Kosor reiterated that Croatia fully supported the integral, sovereign and friendly Bosnia and Herzegovina and its efforts to join Euro-Atlantic associations.
Josipovic and Kosor also reiterated their support for solutions which would secure the respect of the majority political will of the three constituent peoples and citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as for reforms and solutions which will secure institutional equality of the Croat people as one of the three constituent peoples in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
