How the Goverment decides



The Government may sit in session if a majority of members of the Government are attending.

The Government may sit in session if a majority of members of the Government are attending.
The Government shall pass decisions by a majority vote of all members of the Government.

The Government shall decide by a two-thirds majority vote of all members of the Government when proposing amendments to the Constitution, association with or dissociation from other countries, changes of borders of the Republic of Croatia, dissolving the Croatian Sabor and calling a national referendum.

The inner Cabinet of the Government shall decide on issues within the purview of the Government, particularly those that pertain to vital interests of the Republic of Croatia, dangers to the independence and territorial integrity of the Republic of Croatia and natural disasters.
