Ministry of Justice does administrative and other tasks related to: organizational framework and functioning, professional training and development of judges, state attorney's and employees at courts, state attorney's offices, bodies responsible for carrying out the law violation proceedings and bodies which carry out the court punishments, administrative and other tasks of public notaries and attorney's; court and public notary taxes; international legal support and other forms of legal support; carrying out of penalties and law violation sanctions, amnesties and probations and informatization of administrations.
