Ministry of Families, Veterans' Affairs and Intergenerational Solidarity
Ministry of Families, Veterans' Affairs and Intergenerational Solidarity does administrative and other tasks related to legal status, resolving of legal status and other issues of disabled Croatian Patriotic War Veterans and peace time army veterans, Croatian defenders which are out of active service and members of their families and families of killed, deceased, imprisoned or missing Croatian defenders, except the tasks which are responsibility of other Ministries.
Ministry does administrative and other tasks related to issues of post-mortem awarding and promotion of rank in the army forces of the Republic of Croatia for killed, deceased, imprisoned or missing Croatian defenders and disabled Croatian Patriotic War Veterans, in accordance with specific regulations.
Ministry does administrative and other tasks related to taking care of and providing help to displaced persons and refugees in aid of their return to places of origin.
