Prime Minister Kosor opens new clothes factory

VARAZDIN, Dec 7 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor opened a new, modernised clothes factory Bambi in the northwestern Croatian city of Varazdin on Monday.
The investment is worth more than HRK 26 million, half of which was financed by an HBOR loan, with a two percent interest rate. Varazdin County participated with HRK 200,000 of a subsidized loan.
The 3,600 square-metre factory employs 220 mostly female workers, including 40 new ones.
Kosor said the opening of a new factory in these difficult times gives hope for a better future.
